How long does it take to install and implement Pocket ?

It takes about 48 hours to have the system installed. It takes about 1-2 weeks to deliver a complete implementation of the system and be ready for your first payroll run.

Can I transfer all my data to Pocket ?

Yes. There will be no need to maintain your previous system. Our experts can gather all the data stored in your previous system (if available). All history data and documents will be available right away.

Can I make any customisation on the payslip ?

Yes. All the payroll earnings, deductions, contributions and transactions are user defined. You can change their description and the order in which they appear on payslip. In addition, the logo of your company can also be added.

How long does it take for a legislative change to be embeded in Pocket ?

All legislative changes which are not already available are embbeded immediately. In this way, your system is always in-line with the latest legislative guidelines.

Is there a limit on the number of companies I can manage ?

No. You can create as many companies as you like. You can also have as many users as you like. This means that you can use Pocket to provide payroll services to other companies. Pocket's pricing is only based on the number of active employees.
